Can I give Alyssa five more stars? Our son had finally found the perfect apartment share after 50+ leads—on FACEBOOK, etc. that failed 50+ times. We had almost given up until we discovered Alyssa at Lockbox Realty. Getting a lease NYC—-or in our case, a sublease—- is complicated at best, but for our international family, we had even more trouble checking all the usual boxes. Alyssa led us with infinite kindness and indefatigable patience and persistence. We succeeded thanks to her over-the-top efforts. We cannot thank her enough. She is a star herself.
