How it works:
1. Post your property for free on our website.
2. We will email you step=by-step instructions to find even more possible subtenants on other platforms, best showing practices, and how to make sure you are keeping yourself safe before you even speak with any inquiries!
3. All inquiries from our website will create a chat. It will show their bio, a profile photo, and any pets they have. You are able to schedule a video chat and an in-person showing.
4. Once you find a prospect that will be a great fit, we will send both of you a sublease agreement via Docusign and an invoice to collect their rent and security deposit.
5. You will only be charged once the subleasee signs and pays.
